Speed Champs is a 6 week outdoor program for young athletes aged 12 to 16. The focus is improving speed, acceleration and movement for sport. Athletes learn proper running mechanics, body position, arm action, foot strike, and rhythm. This carries over into football (soccer) , rugby, athletics, tennis, American  football  and other sports.

 

Duration: 6 weeks

Sessions: 2 per week

Session length: 30 to 45 minutes

Progressions every 2 weeks

 

Training is done outdoors at a time that suits you. Parents do not need a coaching background. The program can be completed at a park, football pitch, or athletics track.
