Welcome to the 6-Week Exercise Program for Kids (Ages 8-11), designed to get kids moving, having fun, and building essential fitness skills!

 

This program focuses on developing agility, coordination, balance, and strength in an engaging, energetic way. Over the next six weeks, your child will take part in exciting exercises that challenge them at different levels, all while promoting physical activity and good health.

 

Program Overview

Throughout this 6-week program, participants will progress through three levels:

 

Weeks 1-2: Beginner Level Starting with foundational movements, kids will learn key exercises that build coordination and agility.

 

Weeks 3-4: Intermediate Level Activities become a little more challenging, helping kids improve speed, endurance, and agility.

 

Weeks 5-6: Advanced Level The final phase brings more dynamic drills that push agility and speed, refining their skills and boosting confidence.

 

Each session lasts 30 to 40 minutes and includes a structured warm-up, a series of fun yet effective exercises using cones, hurdles, and agility poles, and a cool-down to help stretch and relax the muscles. These exercises are designed to keep kids engaged and motivated, ensuring they build important fitness skills while having a blast.
